How brands learn to be found by AI.

Four industries. Four playbooks. Each case below is a real deployment of Agentic Page — measured by how quickly a brand moves from "AI doesn't know us" to "AI cites us by name."

4 Industries covered
5–12 Days to first AI retrieval
4 AI platforms tracked
Qbedding Home & Living · Shopify-native DTC · 167 product pages

From invisible to indexed in five days.

Qbedding's catalog of 167 product pages was structurally invisible to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. When shoppers asked the obvious questions — "best TENCEL™ sheets," "linen duvet for hot sleepers" — the AIs had no Qbedding pages to cite. Traditional SEO sets the expectation that earning AI-channel visibility takes three to six months of crawling, ranking, and trust accumulation. The brand wanted that compressed.

On 9 April we deployed Agentic Page across all 167 PDPs — AI-readable mirrors of the Shopify pages, restructured around the questions buyers actually ask AI assistants. Within twenty-four hours, 90% of the major AI platforms had batch-indexed 162 of those pages (966 visits on day one). The first ChatGPT real-time retrieval — meaning a live user conversation triggered ChatGPT to fetch a Qbedding page — landed on day five. By day ten, that figure peaked at 132 retrievals in a single twenty-four-hour window.

In sixteen days Qbedding completed all four stages of brand-AI discovery: DiscoveredRememberedShortlistedActively cited. ChatGPT alone touched 275 product pages — more than the 167 originally deployed, because the model's own follow-up queries pulled in adjacent SKUs. The TENCEL™ series became the single most-cited category.

Nullport Electronics · USB-C docks & charging accessories · Shopify + headless · 312 SKUs

Surfacing 312 SKUs across four AI search engines.

Tech buyers research like engineers. They ask ChatGPT and Perplexity very specific questions — "100W USB-C dock with MagSafe passthrough," "Thunderbolt 4 hub that supports two 4K displays on an M2 MacBook Air." Nullport's PDPs held all that information, but it lived inside a JavaScript-rendered tab system that the AIs couldn't parse.

Agentic Page mirrored each PDP into a machine-readable structure organized around the spec attributes AI buyers actually compare: port count, sustained wattage, host compatibility, monitor support. Average token count per page dropped 79.7% — the AIs got the answer in fewer tokens, and surfaced it more often.

Within thirty days, Nullport saw a +38.4% uplift in AI-attributed sessions versus a category control group. The "100W USB-C dock for Mac" cluster of ChatGPT queries now cites Nullport product pages in roughly one in four cited answers.

Vermille Health & Beauty · Clean skincare · Shopify-native DTC · 84 SKUs

Winning ingredient queries in cited AI answers.

Skincare buyers no longer read review blogs — they ask ChatGPT "what serum pairs niacinamide with bakuchiol without irritation." The answer is a paragraph of ingredient logic, not a SKU. Vermille's PDPs were beautifully written for human shoppers, but their ingredient story lived in a marketing block that AIs treated as decoration.

Agentic Page restructured every Vermille PDP around a three-part pattern: ingredient claim → mechanism → study citation. The mirror surfaces the "why" before the "what" — exactly the structure AI assistants quote when they cite a recommendation.

Vermille's AI-channel traffic ran 4.2× above a matched control over ninety days. Two of its hero serums now appear in ChatGPT-cited answers for the "niacinamide + bakuchiol" query family — the highest-intent long-tail in the category.

Atelier Vauclair Fashion & Apparel · DTC outerwear · Shopify Plus · 124 seasonal SKUs

When the AI knows what's actually in stock.

Seasonal apparel has a memory problem. AI assistants love to recommend "last winter's hero coat" — only the brand has already sold through it. Atelier Vauclair was getting AI-driven inbound on SKUs that hadn't existed for six months, and missing AI mentions on the pieces actually on the shelf.

Agentic Page refreshes the AI-readable mirror nightly with live inventory, size availability, and pricing — pulled straight from Shopify. The mirror surfaces availability as structured fact, not styled badge, so AIs can quote it inline.

ChatGPT and Perplexity now quote accurate stock status when shoppers ask "shearling jacket in stock, size M, under $800." AI-channel sessions rose +51.2% month-over-month, and post-click bounce dropped sharply because shoppers landed on pages that still had their size.
